Terms Of Trade.

ORDERS :
Orders can be placed by mail, or telephone. Phone orders can be taken between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm.

Mail orders should be addressed to :

PAYMENT :
All orders must be prepaid. Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque, Money Order, Bankcard, MasterCard, or VisaCard. Credit Card payment can be accepted for phone and written orders, only if you supply the full name as it appears on the card, the card number and expiry date.

Cheques should be made payable to our registered business name: Dave Lord's Promotion Works!

Title of any goods does not pass to the purchaser until the payment has been received in full. The full cost of recovery of proceeds from dishonoured cheques, and rejected credit card transactions will be charged back to the customer.

SHIPPING PROCEDURES :
All goods will be shipped via AUSTRALIA POST to anywhere in Australia, by surface mail, unless requested otherwise.

Orders paid for by Cheque or Money Order should include an extra amount of $5.00 to cover Postage and Packing.

All shipments other than surface mail will be billed at the applicable rate.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS :
We are not responsible for merchandise once it has left our hands. Every care is taken in packaging, to assure safe delivery. Claims for loss or damage should be directed to the carrier immediately.

Goods can be shipped insured, or certified mail, at your additional expense, if requested.

All goods are in good working order when sent, however if you consider them to be defective in manufacture, please phone first before returning them.

MOST OF THE VALUE IN A MAGIC EFFECT IS THE SECRET OF THE METHOD. YOU SHOULD CHOOSE YOUR PURCHASE CAREFULLY, AS NO RETURNS WILL BE ALLOWED.
